The Founder of Quadrant Conditioned K9 Institute and Master Trainer, Ralph Cornelius, had the privilege of learning from Tarheel Canine (USA) under the direction of Jerry Bradshaw. He began his career as a petroleum geologist but quickly realized that his true passion lay elsewhere. His love for his two adopted rottweilers prompted him to take the initiative and so he started learning about pet training techniques. Thereafter, he left his career in petroleum geology in 2017 to pursue his passion. He made the bold step of traveling to the United States to learn from the best at Tarheel Canine. He has successfully completed the Master trainer course/ Police K9 Instructor and worked with various Police K9 teams from the numerous Police & Law Enforcement Departments present at the facility, including and not limited to training dogs for the Department of Defence selection (USA), training handlers and bonding handler & Dog, Police K9 teams. The first Indian Maestro handler to compete, complete, and attain the PSA PDC title (Top Score – Coastal PSA trial USA, 2018). He is also the first in the country to successfully train and privately have owned a Narcotics Detection Dog, certified under the National Tactical Police Dog Association (NTPDA) certification standards USA.

Co-founder Sanjay Kumar is an excellent trainer and is known to calm a dog's personality. Sanjay is an entrepreneur with multiple years of experience in training and handling dogs. He is a proud pet father of his own 19 year old fur kid - Ryder.
